: FOF Website and Bulletin Board

Well I finally got my arse in gear and together with webmaster Tink got the FOF website usable. It's not fancy but it's got good information and links. Current scheduled workdays will be posted there and there is a link to our Bulletin Board (thanks for setting that up Jeff!) There are some pages to be added in the near future that will include a map of the trail with gps coordinates and we will hopefully have those linked to a picture of the feature. Tink tells me it takes a while to set that up and I have over a hundred pictures to download so...

And sorry, the merchandise link does nothing yet. We are not yet ready with that part of the whole thing.

Since Lance has given us rights to the Fordyce Forum here on the Pirate board just as the FOTR has on the Rubicon Forum we are going to be disabling the FOF BB. There is no need to duplicate efforts. It just amounts to more work for us to monitor both boards. Until we change things on the FOF website to redirect people here just be aware that the FOF BB will not be used.

Bret, the easiest way to fix it would be to setup a redirect... Remove the BB, and then create a new file: /forum/index.html that has the following code in it:

With this code, when someone clicks on your "Forum" link on your webpage, it will transparently take them to our FOF forum... If someone has the http://www.fordycetrail.org/forum/ page bookmarked, it will transparently take them here, too.. :cool2:

Website updated again with links to our By-laws and Annual Report. Just click "About Us" on the home page and then go to either page with the links in the lower right corner.
