The current owner is in the process of getting the title. Will there be any liscencing issues with this truck??? will he be able to get a clean title???

It is a commom procedure for DMV's in the USA to do a "stolen search" on vehicles brought over from Canada.

Since I have a clean title from the previous owner, this is not a problem, its a formality.

FYI, while I was doing the title application here in Minnesota on this truck, they did an NCIC check on the vehicle while I waited, if the result of that was negative, I would have not been issued plates, which I now have.
