Got the 4.5" RE longarm kit on order. So decided to spend the day prepping. Here is the first bracket GONE! :D

Well, maybe not, how do you post pictures?

Get a red star, or link to one hosted elsewhere. And post something cooler than a missing bracket. :flipoff2:

Cooler than a bracket? LOL. Well, now I have 2 gone, and working on the 3rd. I was kinda going to take alot of pictures on this install but someone else has done an awesome job here with a writeup.

Yeah, you can host the pics. and then post them. But you are on here getting information and building your rig, why not just pay the $20 and get the star. This way at least you are supporting the web site that you get your knowledge from.

Still waiting on it to show up. Darn Holidays! I ended up spending most of a day cutting brackets. I cut and smoothed the frame, now you can't see where the factory brackets were. I broke a bolt off of the upper control arms so decided to just cut the upper brackets from the frame also. It will give me more exhaust clearance. Hoping to see the brown truck on Monday.

Geberhard: I have read, and re-read your thread. AWESOME! The brown truck pulled in today, and dropped off 10 boxes! Now, it's time to get started! I'm going tomorrow to get paint and detail out the frame before installation. I'm still at a standstill because of the dana 44's are on the way from CA.
