Great product, and excellent customer service. Jim met me at his shop at 8o'clock on a Sunday night to sell me my setup. Plus when I had questions during the install, he answered his phone on the first ring and walked me through everything. :)

I've loved mine. Works great and Jim answered all of my questions without calling me an idiot to my face.

Not sure of your application, but for mine, the 79-83 kit, Marlin is actually cheaper. I know i've heard good and bad things about his cuctomer service but you just to make sure.... you guys think inchworm is worth the difference for their customer service?
I too am in the market for a dual case kit.
Cheaper is better but being able to call and actually talk to someone for some help is damn good too!
thanks guys.

From what I hear the no one has had problems with the adapter or customer service.

I have emailed hin in the past and have received a reply either the same day or next when he was in town.

If he has a one person operation then customer service/emails would have to wait until his return.

I am especially interested in the billet case.
