Trying to help a buddy straighten this out. He has a 72 CJ5 that he wants to convert to power steering. He has a P/S box out of an "early 70's" J10 or Wagoneer and a Borgesen steering shaft. The splines are different on the shaft and the P/S box and we are having trouble tracking down a U joint to connect it all up. The shaft is set up for manual steering. Borgesen told him they would have to custom fab one for the application. I told him I would give this a shot before he went that route. Any info would be much appreciated.

Get the diameter and spline count of what you are trying to adapt to and call Flaming River. They should be able to hook you up.
