Ok, you guys have given me a ton of great info on the coil suspension setup, time to change subjects. I need to replace those (gasp) wonderful OEM shafts that I am currently running. Lay the smack down down on which shaft I should buy and why!!!!!!!

Bring it on, You guys are the experts!!!!

I got my shafts last week from High Angle Drive Line. Jess was realy cool to deal with and offered his honest opinions when I asked for them. With his help we decided that for my application S/R front and silly coil in rear... a 2 joint front and 3 joint rear shaft was needed. 85 up toy shafts were what I was needing and they are not easy to find for cheep so I used his cores for some extra $ and got shaft to my specs... 12" travel in front and CV rear with lots of room for stretching...

Ill post some pics if i get em out later...

In the past I had dealt with tom wood and he had great service but kept steering me tword spicer stuff and I wanted the most operating angles I could get. So thats why I gave High Angle a try and all is good.

I've had good experience with both. For me thats rare :-)

Pretty simple, do what you want them to and ship when they say their gonna... Not to hard to make me happy..

Well, if you really want to, I guess you can fly out to NC and bolt them on for me. Now that would be customer service!!!!!!!!

I managed to destroy a front (bent) and rear AZ Driveline (rear was crappy welds). I was dissapointed, according to the reviews they are indestructable  If you go AZ Driveline specify a solid tube on the front driveshaft, doesn't cost any more according to Oscar. If you buy the rear I'd pull the yoke off on the differential end and throw some goods welds on it :D

For my Shaffer's coil kit i bought the Arizona Drivelines. You will need a skinny front driveshaft like theirs or it will hit the crossmember at droop (or you can just notch the crossmember)

You wont need the long slip version of the driveline so save your money. Nice thing about link suspensions is the drivelines done move much.

GOt mine from arizona too! I broke a yoke last weekend when my lower front link let loose. Bad thing about those driveshaft is the yokes are expensive as shit ($50). Other than that, which was not their fault, they are for sure beefy as shit! My welds look really nice!

I didn't say my welds looked bad, they looked great. It wasn't till it broke that you could see there wasn't any penetration. Anyway after asking around I am not the only one who has had this problem, It's happened to enough local wheelers that the running joke is to make sure you specify that his mom does the welding

I bent my front Sumo shaft, but it was repaired for free thanks to Dave. I would hope they repared it with the solid version Chris V. mentioned, but i have no idea if they did. Hopefully i'll never know ;)
