Hummer wheeling videos?

I remember seeing a while back on Elcova forum some cool hummer wheeling videos, and some fun ones (i.e. tie-rod breaking, and other carnage, etc), some military videos of H1's in action, etc ect. Post up links to what you have.

This is not supposed to be a post up videos of hummer vs other rigs, which one is better, etc etc, so NO DRAMA! Just some cool videos, funny videos, carnage, wheeling, etc

That is some funny stuff...really old though. The guy flipping his truck with his family in it is Darwin award material. The white wagon that couldn't make it up that slope (obviously didn't know how to btm) still makes me shudder. It's too bad there's no video in exsistence of other 4x4 vehicles in the hands of inexperienced drivers! Alot of folks don't get that it's mostly driver anyway.

I guess Mr Trail Duty dosn't really wheel much, or he just enjoys constantly riding the brakes and locking them up every time there is a bump or something. Hopefully he wont do that on a steep hill and tumble down. Whats the point in braking half way up a ledge?

I suspect you don't wheel much or more likely haven't been taught how to wheel. Yes, "riding" the brakes is how you rock crawl without surging and lurching. You use the brakes to control momentum, not the throttle. By keeping the RPMs constant and using the brakes to control the vehicle speed, you have more torque all of the time and don't lurch and break traction.

It's called technique.
