Hey guys,
So i posted about this a while back but wasn't clear so i didn't get my question answered. i have a 350 tbi with a 700r4 tranny. I am going to put another cooler on in addition to the one in the radiator, My question is which line from the radiator should i tap into for the cooler, And if anyone knows which line on the radiator is the input and which one is the return,
Thanks
Dave

I am pretty sure the top line is the line in, as i remember reading that in a 4x4 magazine at some point.
But, that was awhile ago so i could be wrong. :)
i am about 85% sure it was the top line that goes into the rad, so, if you were to hook up a tranny cooler, actually i dont think it matters too much which way you hook it up :)
he he he, my 88 S10 blazer has a 700r4 and i went in to the top tranny line, my 87 fullsize blazer dosnt have one (yet) :)
i did read not to put too big of a cooler on the tranny, because not warming up enough can hurt it too. that i am 100% sure on ;)

Hey,
thanks for the info. I wanted to go with the input line to the radiator so the tranny doesn't get too cold. I figure if the new cooler gets it too cool, going through he radiator should warm it back up.
Thanks,
Dave
