Yes, I searched...


I am trying to time my friends 86 4runner.

Its EFI, I cant find the connectors that I need to cross in order to set the timing.


I have the rest figured out. :smokin:


Where is the connectors? Thanks

buy that lil $15 book at autozone it comes in handy for allot of things.

connection is on the driver side fender under the hood near the headlight, the two wire, stuck in the plug on the inside of the fender.

He has a Hanes manual. While it gives very good detail of HOW to adjust timing... It does not tell WHERE the plug is.

The book actually says the connectors are in a fuse panel looking thing...


But on the inside fenderwell, there is 2 connecters attached that dont go anywhere. they are capped off. its the 2 wire conector here, correct?
