First off it's axle. Secondly a year, engine size and transmission would also help.

Try looking at the tag on the dif cover (if there is one).

If not, put the axle on jackstands (if they're still on the truck).
Mark a tire or the rotor if they are off.
Next rotate the yoke/driveshaft.
Count the number of revolutions to see how many there are to allow the mark to make a full circle.

both trucks are 95 150 has 300i6 and f250 has 302 or 351

They are both hypoid, a specific type of spiral bevel gear.
