A friend of mine whom is a great fabricator says that he can build this for us. It would be all internal shifting and would be alot stronger then what we have now. He's not sure if he wants to invest the time because he dose'nt think that there would a big enough market. He figure's it would cost around $950 to $1150.

I tried to tell him that he would sell lots but he does'nt belive me so what do you guy's think.

I wouldn't want one...........unless you compete, who needs it? I can back up and not lose a point on the trail:D Some will want it though........just cause I don't doesn't mean it won't sell, lots of people buy stuff they can't use:eek: :flipoff2: :flipoff2: :flipoff2: you should delete this and repost as a poll.

for less than that you can install an ARB and cutting brake

the price is too high for too low a benefit IMHO.

Looks like Jessie's rear disconnectable drive shaft will cost about 1/2 that.

I'll stick with my plans to twin stick a D300, with OTT's new dual case adapter.

tell him that the price is a little high but if he can make it strong and not leak the people will buy them. Chris Geiger Looks like Jessie's rear disconnectable drive shaft will cost about 1/2 that.

the after market disconnect is a way to do the same thing but the "in the t-case " verson will be cooler. its like way buy a crwaler case when i can add a nissan t-case after the stock one???? seems like the same idea just "trick" or "it works????" what do you want????????? just my $.02

CLiff

i have had the idea for a while also, that is way i am so against the "it works???" disconnect.

I agree with SeaBass, I dont do this for competition. I dont loose points for backing up and taking another line. If I where, and had sponser $$$ coming in..... I could see the benifits of it :D

I dont think the average Joe would spend that kinda doe on it. I wouldn't .

There is a market for one (me, for example). Just not at that price.

I wouldn't even pay half that.

it does not add up. atlas is a better choice at that price.
