I do realize that there are a lot of sections, BUT one more won't kill the site.
With all of the negative news in the other land use sections, it bothers me that Harlan, does not get that much attention.
The state/county WANTS off roaders to visit. They want people to help build trails, they have not "hassled" anyone that I know of.(like having a non street legal rig there)
I did ask Lance about this, but was ignored.

Do you have an existing web site???

What is it you really need?

Sorry, I am a consultant and do tend to want to clarify what someone wants.

PM me as there are options for what you think you need.

I was hoping for an area similar to the "Tellico" and "Rubicon" section, where folks can add info and pics regarding particular trails being bypassed, problems with law enforcement, planned work days etc.
This would allow for fairly current trail conditions to be reported, and possibly be of help for someone that may be planning a trip there.

I agree weps. Harlan is a place that is helping our hobby and should get some notice. It will be the new hot spot for the mid/south west. The locals are excited and happy to have us so lets help them.

Harlan County, Kentucky is the most off-road friendly town I have ever been to. The county sponsors the trail system and leases a lot of the land at Black Mountain. Its one of my favorite spots to wheel at. :smokin:
