I am having a hard time getting a hold of new (or slightly used) front fenders, hood, grille, and hardware... the dealership CAN order parts, but if I can get them anywhere (either in the United States or shipped to the US) other than the dealer, I'm game.

Also take a look at RoversNorth.com and look at Les's Loft. its where they sell of their less then perfect stuff and you can sometimes find some good deals.

lrx.com also sometimes has people getting rid of conversion parts like you are looking for from series to defender
