87 1.3 with weber carb

My zuk runs fine until about mid throttle, after that it has a bad hestitation/miss. If I press the accelerator to the floor the miss goes away but the engine just kind of bogs down. If I hold the accelerator at the hesitation/miss point for a few seconds, a hissing noise starts to come from under the hood and I start to smell exhaust gasses.

Any suggestions?

nice to have ya aboard and sorry i can't help, my guess is the carb........... but i never had a weber cause i never had any problems with my dodge colt carb:eek: :eek: :eek: ........:D
