: reamer for 35 spline shafts?

Anyone know where to get a reamer and how much it costs to bore my 30 spline d60 rear spindles to fit 35 spline 1.5" shafts?

I'm in the same boat. Do you know anyone else who has done this and used it on the trail. I was wondering if boring out the spindle would weaken the spindle too much?

I am running a 30 spline 60 that was reamed to fit 35 spline axles with no problem. I compared a 30 spline and a factory 35 spline housing, and the only difference was how much the splindle was reamed. The outer diameter was EXACTLY the same, it used the same bearings and nuts.
