What will keep the, looks like 18", straight tubes at the bottom of the rear from bending? Can't see if you braced them in the 1st pic.

I am not done yet those i would think would bend last but they tie in to the frame.

Any tube that's straight up and down with out being trianglulated will bend when given a force that isn't inline with it. I know you're not done but were asking for ideas. Look at Carrol Smiths books on building a race car like "Engineer to Win". :usa:

no offense, but it doesn't look that strong. i would work on the front part first. tie those winshield mounted bars to the floor. on the rear part, use two more tubes from the outside of the rear hoop to the outside of the frame rails. :beer:

You could tie the windsheild bars to the cowl thats a strong point in the body.
