if I remember correctly there was a good write-up on the sliders over on ck5.com

As far as a bumper goes.........just wing it. take some measurements....draw one up.....and build.

Easiest Bumper Blueprints ever:

1. Go to the nearest train tracks.

2. Find old railroad tie.

3. Affix to the front of your junk.

4. Cut with chainsaw for clearance issues.

5. Marvel at the wooden masterpeice!

started with 3x6 rectangular 3/8 thick and winged it from there, thought about putting a hitch mount but I have decided to box the frame up the front and go with tow hooks . I will see if I can find the thread on my sliders.
