: Fine spine Lockers

I recently had my Front ARB locker reconditioned by Mac Namarra's
and I had the side gears converted to Fine Spline
so I could fit larger front inner axles
I have not fitted H/Duty outers as I have found it's easier to replace a front outer axle at the side of a track then a gearbox or centre diff!

Jack told me if choose to run ARB lockers instead of his lockers
buy the ARB Lockers that are made for the Discovery as they are already fine spline and his H/duty axles will bolt straight up.

I dont think that h/duty outers will worry the gearbox or centre diff.

Running the 10spline stub axles you will break a lot of stubs and most of the time they are a PITA to change cause the broken bit gets stuck in the CV and you still have to pull the CV to get it out. If you ran the 110 CVs you will break a lot less. I think maxi drive makes hi-tuf 10 spline outers for the rangie CVs and they work well from what I have heard.

But the 110 cvs are the best option.
