I think it is a standard Hicap cab with a custom top. It looks to be armored.

I'm sure you could find those wheels domestically though. :flipoff2:

Thats the perentie cab. IIRC, its about 10" wider than a standard hicap. just as much work making that fit as stretching a standard hicap base.
