Trying to convert my CJ over to intermittent wipers. Got the 4-wire motor, the delay module, and the wiring. But the motor will only run (and it does it constantly) in low (new aftermarket motor). No high, no delay, and no off. I've tracked the wires, there aren't any breaks or shorts, because I've got continuity through them.

Anyone out there have any experience with delay wipers?

Years ago I bought a delay box from Kragens. I think it had two-three wires and within ten minutes I had intermitten wipers on my chevy truck! Can't help you with what you have but I'm pretty sure you can still buy these.
