Yesterday i went to a tractor pull which is about 40 miles away one way. All the way over there when i hit the brakes it shakes and jumps. I recently swaped in a Dana 60 and 14 bolt with new rotors calipars and pads in the front and in the rear all new brakes. I stil have the stock master cylinder and original proportioning valve. I was woundering should i swap out my original master cylinder with a 1 ton and buy a new proportining valve

Shakes and jumps?
So when you hit the brakes you get a vibration from the wheels, that what you're trying to say? Where's it coming from, front or rear?
A vibration would have nothing to do with the master cylinder, or the proportioning valve. My first guess would be the rotors or drums, but you said you put new ones on. Are they really "NEW"? I notice alot of off-roaders considering going to the junkyard and grabbing rotors off some wreck as being "new". If they are new, then i'd suspect the calipers, or maybe the rear drum springs are on there wrong.

usually when theres shaking in my experences 98% of the time its the front rotors. theres been times ive bought new drums or rotors and had to cut them caues they are out of round

Usually if it's in the front you feel it in the steering wheel. If it's in the rear you feel it more in the seat (because it's not going in the steering wheel).
Are your rear brake shoes contaminated?

x2 on the rear brakes, I had an issue with the 14bolt FF where the rear seal would leak slowly and contaminate the brake shoes, symptoms were similar to what you discribed

The front is completly new the rear brakes are new off of a military axle that a guy put disk brakes on. I dont think my wheel seal is leaking because i just put new ones in it. Yes when i say jumps and shakes i am saying from the wheels. I cant tell if it is coming from the front or rear

Take all 4 rotors to a reputable machine shop and have them surfaced. This is a common problem with new (chinese made) rotors.
