: tacoma sas DEATH WOBBLE

anybody have any problems with a wobble around 25-35mph after a sas on a 03 tacoma or any year let me know it needs to go away!!!!!!!!!!!

Assuming it is nothing like tie rod ends, track bar bushings, loose wheel bearings, or tires out of balance...what did you set your caster too on your axle?

03 tacoma waggy 44 hi steer leaf sprung with a trail grar ifs box taped for hydro assist but its not hooked up i just have a stabilizer in its place. we think it might be the castor. and also i dont think the super swamper ssr's help out any. will try to post pics of the fromt suspension later to day.

Did you adjust the caster over stock?

Check your castor. Your alignment should be 1/8" toe in. Castor should be around 5-7* positive.

Double check your leaf and shackle bolts, if they are too loose they will attribute to wobble.

i dont know we just bought this truck and the guy had a shop do it so im going to take it to one of my friends who owns a shop to check it out today

alright castor is way off whoever did the work (bentup) rotated the knuckles to get the pinion angle but didnt fix it with shims or anything. i put the hydro assist on for now so it dosnt get the wobble.

Disassemble u ur front end, and put back together with proper torque specs :)
