This weekend they will be 7 weeks old. One female and three males left, (five total and the two have not been chosen.) Mom is AKC chocolate lab with champion lines, short haired, hunter and a water dog. She is by far the most trainable dog I have ever owned. Stud is an AKC chocolate standard poodle, with champion lines. He loves the water and is an obedient dog as well.

It's about half and half as far as coat goes, some are longer, curly haired and some are short like a lab. They are very lab-like. If you have not seen them before, they are a great breed.

Southern California, $700 for female, $600 for males.

But I have a question.I dont know anything about breeding dogs so it may be an ignorant question.
Why are your puppies so expensive if they are a cross breed and not a pure bred lab? I've seen pure bred labs for sale anywhere from $100 and up...what am I not understanding about the breed thing?

thanks for the link! The males are definitely very cute. I have 5 left, and I have 2 that are really short hair and 1 that is medium length hair and 2 that have longer hair. I like the longer hair ones. Some of them have blue eyes and some have the hazel eyes. They are a lot of fun. They love the water/pool and love people.
