ok, folks:

here is a link to some pics on the buildup of the cj6 ...

just the basics:
i live in chile, the cj6 is actually built by Ford Brasil (called ford-u50 built until 1983) to mil. specs

(stock D44 front and rear w/ 4,89 gears, stock 4speed T98, stock S/Reversal, stock 2,3L ford Mustang/pinto engine w/90hp, etc...)

the whole rig just set me back 800 bucks ;o))))

as the engine/tranny was shot we put in a 2.0L Mazda turbodiesel, the whole tranny and transfer is from a small Mazda 4x4 delivery truck, but we put the dana 18 transfer behind it for a 115:1 crawler ;o)

Very nice buildup, I wish I could find a CJ6 to do a frame off resto on, and use for a daily driver or something!
