If your keeping the ifs..........
Find a bud thats done it before, the 4" kits, 6" kits are simple, a weekend and its done....
If your doing a Solid Axle Swap, it might be done by the time you graduate high school ;)

I find the easiest way is to take it to the local oil change place. They will lift it up, change your oil, and even rotate your tires - all while you can gat yourself a steaming cup of coffee and let them vacuum the interior too! How much easier can you get? ;)
Psssst - try asking about lifting a Ford over in the FORD section :p
