randii 09-21-2001, 10:22 AM The only objection I have about posting them out of a mag is not posting the source... <IMG SRC="smilies/rolleyes.gif" border="0">

mudlite 09-21-2001, 11:00 AM the front doesn't seem near as flexy as the rear. Is that a 30 degree ramp? 1100 not bad. <IMG SRC="smilies/bounce.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/bounce2.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/bounce.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/bounce2.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/bounce.gif" border="0">
Yes that is a 30 deg ramp
Did anyone meation that I got 4th?
I only run 33 TSL swampers and most of the other rigs in it had 38`s.
CaptainFleXJ151 09-23-2001, 08:22 AM I feel bad for those guys with birfields, but i feel worse for the XJ with the big swampers and a 35c
Cruiserhaven 09-23-2001, 10:01 AM Thanks for the pics (love them Aussie Cruisers)!
rockmutt 09-23-2001, 05:58 PM DAMN!, wut are the specs on the Yellow Criuser?, Powertrain and all??? <IMG SRC="smilies/tongue.gif" border="0">
ausjeep 09-23-2001, 06:26 PM All pictures above are the property of Australian 4wheel drive monthly. Best magazine out here.
Inner tubes are for hanging over the winch cable and probably have some sand in them or something. Sure beats throwing a blanket ofer them and ten having it fall off halfway through a winch pull. Competition rules means you always have to have a winch damper of some sort. Correct me if I am wrong guts.
Everyone loves the big yellow FJ monster....hehe. Can't remember all the specs really, I think, d60's and a 454 etc.

That last pic,,, money to burn, literally <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">
The XJ is only on 33 swampers but it does have full Warn axles and full floater rear in it, he now runs 35x12.5 claws and yes he gets it awn. He as yet has not broken anything.
Yes when running in any comp over here we MUST have a cable dampner of some sort or we cop BIG penilty points, is better for safety of by standers anyway.
