Just curious if anyone was interested in delivery of any parts either to Sacramento area or Return to Vancouver area.We are trailering our Toyota down on the 30th of June for 8-9 days and would be willing to take parts for people for a very reasonable sum with prearranged pick up and drop off points.I'm not travelling all over hells half acre to deliver but am willing to get to a major intersection or if you are close to a main road.If there is anything to be brought back I prefer used as it is less hassle at the border but if I can call it a spare part then thats ok too.BTW we will be around the con after the fourth and at the carnage the day of the fourth although you probably wouldn't want to leave parts on a trailer there. :D If parts are small perhaps a sample of the local ale may be in order if parts are big a small gas donation will be accepted.

I saw a news piece where the CHP was checking cars at the Agriculture checkpoint coming into CA. they were targeting college kids on thier way down for spring break and confiscating alcohol above a certain quantity.

At some point it becomes 'transporting'... don't know how much, but it would suck to have good brew taken because of the Kalifornia nazi patrol.

And I think I'll pass on the buy 1 for the price of 2 deal. Its good brew, but not that good.

the CHP was doing that to try and stop as many out-of-state plates of college kids coming down from up north. alot of them
were going to Shasta lake for spring break, and had already brought their beer with them.

I heard the CHP had confiscated over 170 cases of beer.
(I wonder if they had the pre-thought to rent a portable cooler
for their booty before taking it and dividing it all up between
themselves!)
