reusable ,any thickness - 20 thou-1/8 inch.. allows you to salvage a badly warped head,or swap a 16 valve head and pistons into your sami or sidekick 8 valver without even removing the block from your rig, plus its a good excuse to take a look at whats in there, or whats not. reasonably priced--- $125.00 up to 1/8 inch. thinner is of course is cheaper. no more blown head gaskets.-sg

If your cyl. block has been O-ringed then I would say good, use them.
The 'REAL' use of copper head gaskets are for the constant removal of the cyl.head i.e racing where it's a norm to pull the head and check the piston tops burn pattern and ring area for damage as well as a visual inspection of the valves thus saving money on head gaskets.
Usually the cyl.block and or head has been grooved to accept a O-ring for a better seal. Without the O-ring the cyl.head will move around on the gasket (which is normal) and cause 'in the long run' to start leaking.
Best you stick with a stock gasket or FELPRO
BTW, I've seen severasl 'COPPER' head gaskets fail when they were used for 'normal' operation...and they failed not from the installer but from head movement.
