warts.
oops.... you mean my Sammy, not me, right?:D

everytime i went out to play in the mud i would clog up my stock front turn sigs.
inset into the bumper the way they are, they are well protected but hard to see normally, let alone when covered in mud.

kept getting hassled by cops. put those two cheapies up there and no worries now.:)

they may not be to everyone's taste, but they're up outta the way and visible from front and sides.
coming from a motorcycle background i'm partial to having high visibility indicators, in daily driver mode.:emb:

They don't bother you at night when you turn them on?

But why didn´t you just wire the side marker lights into the turn signal circuit??

because they are not visible from the front of the vehicle.
just think of them as replacement front turn signals, that also happen to be seen from all sides.

Hey Uzi, maybe you can add 3 more close to the center, and people would think you where a transport off in the distance :D

I'm surprized Ford hasn't done that yet. They could wire the outside ones into the turn lights on the cab top lights.

So...................

Is THAT small detail the only reason?!?!?!?

:D :flipoff2: :D

If a cop stopped me and counted up all of the "little things" that make my rig illegal, I doubt that he´d get into the small details of my front turn signals...

Fawkin´ Brasilian transit code doesn´t let you legally do ANYTHING to a vehicle which alters its from-the-factory characteristics.

However, the police force have an esay-to-use mechanism to get around this inconveineince....

Bribery...:roxy: :fj:

bahaha:D
that's the first thing police do up here; "Driver's Licence,Registration, Turn signals, Lights and Horn"
closely followed by the ticket they were going to give you for whatever they pulled you over for in the first place.:D
the devil is in the details:evil: :(

:flipoff2: have you seen the "christmas tree" Range Rovers (Land Rovers?) that have the fawking wall of turn signal/brake lights all over the rear bumper and body?

kinda makes you want to just run into them and then say "I don't know Officer, I was blinded and confused by all those blinking lights....":D

next on my list are chrome low rider dingle balls:p :smokin:
