I start by saying (while putting flame suit on); "Yes I know it's been covered, and I have searched with what time I have. Unfortunately, my computer at home is broken, and I don't have the time at work to spend reading endless amounts of info.

So flame if you must, I could care less"

So here if my situation and the info I am looking for.

I have a '92 Toy Xtra Cab V6 that I am doing a SAS on.

I am doing Chevy's in the rear with a Taco axle. (Have the info I need for that, Chevy FAQ Post)

I am putting an FJ-80 Front axle with the rear springs in front with a 2" drop hanger and tubes through the frame.

The info I am looking for is regarding the 3rd Gen rear springs up front. Most of what I have found deals with the 48" rear springs.

Amount of Lift?
Any other pertinant info for mounting these would be greatly appriciated.

Truck is going into the garage Friday night to begin cutting and welding.

Thanks for the Flaming :nuke:, Bashing :flipoff2: and Info in advance!

According to DRMs page (http://64.226.214.225/toyota/misc__spring_information.htm) they are 3" longer than the pre-89 PU springs. 1" in front of the axle, and 2" behind.

So you'd have to move the hanger out in front of the end of the frame, and probably mount the shackle hanger under the frame, because it would be out of position for the through-the-frame style.

Some careful measuring will get it in the right place. Or maybe someone else will be a little more helpful than I.
