Who is running these pads? what is their cold braking like?

I'm looking to throw a set on my PSD with some new rotors in the front, and with stock rotors in the rear. From what I've read, they're supposed to be the best for towing (ie hot) but what are they like cold?

I read up alot on these pads over on thedieselstop.com, and the consensus was the compound was too hard for the weight of these trucks. I guess they would never really get to a good temp where they would grab. So they say breaking performance wasn't that great. I went with the Hawk LTS pads with Brembo Rotors on the front, and am satisfied with the stopping power, towing or not.
