Now the American river is mostly dry, where else can one go tubin'?
I went out to the Melonoukee (I dream of spelling words like that) outside of Clements the other weekend, but dunno where else I can go.
It was a nice 6 hour ride.

There is a nice place by Truckee at North Lake, you can go for miles....

How intoxicated are you aiming for?

The Sacramento River in Chico is always a good tubing experience - if you want to get a tan and drink heavily. I always have a good time out there.

well at the rate folsom is losing water you should be able to tube in the middle of the lake and not worry about getting hit by anything...

Awesome river to tube in, some good rapids and beautiful scenery to boot!

It's not TOO exciting...but awesome, no way you can beat the view.

Do the Merced River in Yosemite Valley. I lived in the valley as a kid and we did that ALL the time. Rapids make my beer spill anyway.

Or I could just pull you behind my boat in the death-trap delta :D
