My jeep has a couple rust holes I want to take care of then cover. I would like a set of taller rocker guards. Any ideas?

when I got my YJ, it had a couple small rust spots on the rockers as well. I went "ultra cheep" for my rocker guards/covers. I had an old set of aluminum running boards from my old truck, and I was able to cut them up to make the rocker covers. there was enough width to the running boards that I was able to cover from the bottom of the body, all the way up to the door opening.

since these are aluminum, I doubt they really add much in the way of strength to the rockers, but they do keep down the rock chips.

My Gen-right rocker gaurds go up to the door. If you are looking for a production rocker gaurd these are very nice.
