Can anyone tell me what transmissions other than the 4L60E will bolt up to my 94 LT1 motor. It is strictly a mud bogger and I need to be able to control what gear it is in to keep the rpm's up for wheel speed. The 4L60e will automatically bump up to 2nd even though I have the shifter in 1st.

same bolt pattern as early 350's so th350, th400, 700r4

if you dont run a speed sensor you'll have to speed up the idle a bit to prevent stalling and you'll loose some economy on the freeway
