what's the low range? is it strong enuff for my 3200lb b2? it's behind a 351 and c-6 so i assume it has some strength. isn't there a doubler for it or that can be made out of it? no luck on search.
thanks

2.62:1 low range. I suppose you could put a 203 range box in front of it since it uses the same spline count and pattern as a Ford 205...but the 208 range box doesn't seperate from the chain drive part so it'd be alot of work to use just it's range box.

Np-208=Good.
It is a good t-case, just make sure it never goes low on oil. With the Auto and the light BroncoII it should hold up fine.
Drain the oil and look for metal shavings. If posible see if the chain has much slop in it thru the drain/fill holes. If the chain has stretched then it'll eat the aluminum case up.
