the winch came new with a buggy my son bought. I'm selling a project buggy I hav'nt finished. I had a large worm drive Ramsey that was way more rugged in construction but probably slightly less value than the "new" Chicago Electric winch. I traded him the better Ramsey winch. I figured I'd get more for the "new" Chicago winch and he'd get a better unit anyway.
