There are two ways:
1) Use the special puller that his skinny jaws that fit into the semi-circular holes on the sides of the bearing and grab the bearing from behind. Or use a regulat gear puller and fabricate your own skinny jaws.
2) Wlak the bearing off. Put two metal spacers (whatever you can wedge in there) behind the outer snap ring on the bearing and pound on the center shaft with a drift punch and BFH. It only moves a couple of thousandsths for each whack, but if you keep at it long enough, the bearing will walk off enough that you can get the regular jaws of a bearing puller behind the snap ring.
