Check Out Blue Ribbons Web Site: On Aug. 2nd They Filed Legal Papers Against El Dorado National Forest. Basically The Papers Stated Their Trail/route Designation Process Was Too Complicated And It Wasn't Reasonable For People To Follow Or Keep Up With What They Are Doing..........

Thank the management team of pirate4x4.com for the Forums, not the club Pirates of the Rubicon, they are 2 entirely different entities.

This is way better news than anything they talked about at the DEIS meetings over the last few weeks. I can't wait to see how this works out.

We've tried talking, attending all these meetings with U.S.F.S. and they've already decided what they are going to do......... Yeah we still need to go to there meetings and waste our time listening to the B.S. but the most important thing we can do ( in my opinion) at this time is support Blue Ribbon.
They'll be needing $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ so we need to work on raising it for them.

Just keep passing the word and don't let this get boring.... a friend printed out El Dorado's recent Route Pamphlet....... 800 + pages and it was 3" thick............ How much money did it cost them to prepare all of that ?

Let's get all the exposure we can drum up ! Let the local media know what's going on... When they get enough people sending e-mails and letters they will follow up to find out "what's this all about !"================================================== ======

Super cool reading this. Our county has some major issues and this route designation is crap.
