Been hearing that the gears are real easy to set-up and was wondering if there is a detailed write-up anywhere? Saw the one on coloradok5 but it wasn't very detailed. I'm lookin for pics and instructions. Have access to all the tools needed. Thanks.

Don't have a write up, but I can tell ya it is simple. Instead of using shims for the carrier there are threaded ends you use to set things up. All you have to do is setup the pinion and then set the gear pattern using the threaded ends. Really simple to do.

Ditto. Mine took 45, I'll say it again FORTY FIVE whopping minutes to set up perfect. Just make sure you have a couple of different pinion shims.
Whoever designed that axle should have been at Dana long, long ago.
