If it's rebuildable, take it to a machine shop and have them clean up the seats.
Or use engnbldr's oversized valves...
Or buy a new head from eBay...
Or buy a new head from engnbldr...
Really, a new or rebuilt head is a better option than a pick-n-pull special as you don't know all the variables a head has been through, and hence why it may be at pick-n-pull.
Just my .02 after rebuilding my engine these past couple months.

why is it unusable? if it's warped and still has enough meat, (have a mchine shop look at it) you can have it surfaced, and it's good as new.
