I've always flat towed my Samurai with 29" BFG AT's and had no problems but I now have 33" MT's. What's the largest tire anyone's flat towed with and any problems?

I would think that it wouldn't matter as long as the vehicle pulling can handle the rig to begin with. I think the biggest issue would be keeping your tow bar as level as possible. I would avoid a steep angle down to your trucks hitch.

33x12.50 no problem. Towed lots of miles without trouble.
