Anyone have a web-site that lists the carrier/gear splits for a D60?

Standard rotation dana 60 is high speed - 4.10 and low speed is 4.56 -

Reverse rotation is the same only many aftermarket gear cutters use a "thick" ring gear, meaning a low speed 4.56 - gear set that goes on a high speed - 4.10 carrier.

Spicer reverse gear sets are all like standard gear sets.

Be carefull when someone tells you a US Gear gear set is one way and a Genuine Gear gear set is another. Almost all gear cutters sell loads of gears to other gear cutter between runs. You could have almost any brand name gear set in your box.
