: Output of Various V8's?

I posted this in the newbie section but got no responses. I also did search several times so flame on, just provide something meaningful if you do!

I would like to find a source for output of various V8's for potential donors for my YJ. I want to make it worthwhile if I am going to take out a good 4.0. I was hoping someone has already compiled a list or knows of a site that discusses this vary issue.

What output are you looking for? Coolness factor? Horsepower numbers? Most gayness?

Any V-8 will be a healthy upgrade from the 4.0, but if you're looking to do something to try to earn some credibility on the street, put a 454 in it with a 6-71 blower and some zoomie headers. Or you could just put a turbo'd 8.1L chevy V-8, and that'd make some impressive horsepower/torque numbers.

Build all the figures you want, but unless you can do it reliably, without massive breakage, you're just jerkin off.

Why dont you just go to a junkyard, and see what they have laying around, and then go look up the fucking specs for it...?

It's not likely you're going to find a good engine in a junkyard, it's even less likely that you're going to find some horsepower monster there. if you find anything with good horsepower, it'll probably be out of something newer, hence expensive, and judging from your post you might have trouble understanding how the newer systems work.

I am not shopping in the junkyard

You can find some pretty good shit in salvage auctions

Yes this info will prove helpful to know what shit to spend my time bidding on. The newer stuff does not seem too hard when you can buy full a wiring harness ready to plug in.

Excuse us, we did not realize that you were shopping in such a superior quality environment, as there is what, a redheaded pussy hair's width difference between a junkyard and a salvage auction. Last time I checked they were both where wrecked/trashed cars wind up. Like mihkail said, if you had all this "great information," why the fawk did you start this :rainbow: thread? Trying to impress us, trying to make us say, "thanks Mr. Democrat newb, we're so glad you provided us with this information we didn't ask for, didn't want, and don't give a damn about."

And half a dozen just like it in other forums?:mad3:

take your old motor, place on 3 legged engine stand, pull a head, ensure that the front piston is at BDC, lay a bead of silicone around the edge & let it dry to a good tack.

Take a 5 count box of razor blades & mix them in your Doritos.

Fill the front cylinder bore with bleach.

Add 1/2 ounce of DOT 4 brake fluid.

Now, as quickly as possible:

1) Tilt the block, pouring the contents of the bore into your gapping suckhole.

2) Keeping said suckhole wide, pour entire contents of Doritos bag into your goo receptacle.

3) While chewing feverishly, continue to tilt engine until it drops on your skull.

4) If you are still able, fawk a blender filled with crushed anal beads from your boyfriend's collection and the staples removed from his tummy tuck surgery.

If I had that info in the first place, I would not have asked the question.

If spent a couple hours and came up with it all after I posted the question.

I posted it on here to try and help a few others out. I thought that was the point of having this great World Wide Web with online forums was to help each other out and save time by not having to search for everything single thing when you could easily find it on Pirate. If I would have been able to find it on Pirate I would not have posted it on here either. If it is on many other threads, you jackasses could have simply helped point me in the right direction.

Now stop the madness and point out where this info is already posted. I would be happy if you pussy's could skip the bullshit and help me out. Newbie or not, just fucking lend some advice or move onto the next thread.

If any of you could point out how to delete threads I would be happy to delete all of them. I had no idea I was going to hurt your little Vaginas.

If anyone knows could you please just explain it, or do we have to resort to silly devices and name calling.

Thanks for the info I deleted the other ones

I already know how to plate the flute because I am gay. Why don't you guys all come over and I will let you suck my nuts.

Now, see, that's funnay. And good move deleting the others.
