Ok here is my problem! I disconnected the calipers from the lines, retained all the same hardware capped off the lines they did leak some fluid while they were sitting static not on the calipers. I painted the calipers they had fluid in there and had to drain them. plugged the holes started to pain the red. let them dry in the arizona heat for a day so they are almost full @ full cure by now. OK now i installed them torqued everything put everything together and started to bleed them. now here is my problem i have gone through about a entire large bottle of brake fluid it seems all the air is out of the calipers.. yet the brakes are still squishy. I also kept the resevour full at all times. Please give me any info that you can thanks!

In most ABS equipped vehicles, you need a scantool to initiate a brake bleed sequence on the ABS accumulator to do a full brake bleed. I know there's lots of folks out there who will argue that it's not necessary, but I've done this procedure on Dodges, Fords, and most recently a Chevy dually and it's worked wonders when folks complain of soft pedal after the system has been cracked open.

You did the right thing by keeping the master cylinder full, but the ABS accumulator is between the MC and your calipers, so bubbles likely travelled upstream to it and are "stuck" there - that's what the scantool procedure is designed to purge.

I'm in AZ, but can't help on an O7 - my Snap On Modis only goes to 06 for enhanced functions like this. A dealer with their DRB-III would be my suggestion.
