: where to get factory service manual?

i called my dealership and they wanted $90. for an engine one for a 1985 toyota 22re. that sucks:eek:

anyone know where to get on cheaper?

Keep looking. When I got my '85 FSM, it took a month or so to find and actually get one. Lost out on an auction or two in the process, but keep looking.

They have been few and far and between on ebay lately. I have it as a saved search. You'll be fighting me for one when it shows up! :D

I think I payed about $60 from the local dealer. They even had it in stock and gave me a discount :D

Ihave the Toyota 1-800 number at home. I'll try to renmember to post it.

You can usually get them direct from Toyota less the dealer mark-up.

I had one in the forsale section a while back that someone backed out on it is in good condition i will take $40.00 for it shipped call me at work 636-296-6696 ask for josh if your interested.

Jay Marks Toyota in Houston gives good prices on OEM stuff and ships cheap.

Look up there toll free number on www.tlca.org under vendor sponsors.
