i just traded my pos 76 f-250 for a pretty nice 88 bronco and ive always wanted to do build prerunner bronco. what are some good ttb lifts for the front? and what is the best for the rear? like should i stick with leaves? or 2 link it with some soft springs or airshocks?
i want to run 35" baja claws and i am going to build the motor a little bit. thanks for any help.

I have a TTB Bronco with front and rear Autofab suspension (I built the shock mounts). The front is stock width with coil-buckets and 2.5"x14" Fox shocks and the rear has Autofab long-travel leaves, 2-link kit and 2.5"x12" shocks mounted under the floor. It handles awesome off-road and drives very well on-road.
There are a ton of options for these and basically it's boils down to how much you want to spend and how fast you want to go.
If you want to link the rear, it really needs to be a 3 or 4-link (no pan-hard bar). They handle great, but you're going to sacrifice a lot of interior room and really compromise the rear seat.

thanks for the help.
i will probably stick with leaves in the rear for now. what are good leaves to run for dunes and desert racing? also should i run some good coils in the front or airshocks?
i dont want to spend a ton on it.. well not yet.
im only into it $500 and the body nearly perfect along with the interior. the only problems with it are the body lift and the motor is running kind of crappy so thats the first thing to take care of.

I think my Autofab leaves are still made by National and they work great. Deaver also makes a good product.
Use coils in the front.

Stay away from airshocks if you want to go fast.

Just 2 link it and leave it alone. by the inme you fabbed up a crossmember and got everything to fit and work you could have fabbed one . the 2 link works great , steve with the blue bronco has one and swears by it , I drove one last weekend and it was plush. Deavers F150 play pack and a Autofab 2 link. I an doing deavers but Im gonnna Build the 2 Link.
