the front are flipped around and the rear are fj60s which are longer then the 40s. the rear axle is a fj60 ff. just saving up $$ for the rest!!:)

what are you going to do about the drive shafts? I am at the same point in my SOA and Im not sure how long to get them or just put the front on the rear and get a new front. Let me know. And your cruiser is looking killer man.

If obtaining a drive shaft is an issue for your 40, why don't you give Jesse a call @ High Angle Driveline? Jesse might be the person with a solution for your needs.

the rear will be cut just have not figured out which route i am going to take. can i use the tj fenders even though i have cut the front part of my wheel well for my current flares or do i have to add some metal?

No look at my rear cutout. It is cutout like you have on yours and all the way to the back.

AFAIK, all years are the same. Jeep hasn't made any substantial changes to the TJ yet. 97 was the first year they made them, I think.
