I just did a springover with dana 44's from a wagoneer - I also took the master cylinder from the waggy. The old (single-piston haha) master cylinder is mounted below the floor board on the inside of the frame rail (kinda like old VWs.) What can I do about getting a more modern higher volume master cylinder in there? Can I do this without new linkage? What about a power booster - do I really need it, or how hard would it be?

Also, with the springover the angles are nasty with those short driveshafts. I found a flange adapter from Tom Woods Driveline, but it's $100. Is there a cheaper way to join a double cardon joint to my old T-18 drum-brake type t-case?

Sorry if that was long.

you could ditch the drum and smack on a standard yoke.

what kind of springs did you use? i have a '61 and am going to do spring over, i also have the T-18 and the drum brake and the back of the T-case, but, you wont need to worry about the angle if you dont drive it on the road:D

I m running pretty much that same combo, cept the brakes. I went with with hanging pedals. Anyway I havent even come close to needing a CV. period. So Im using a model 20 yoke.
