So, will this new project be built as a tow vehicle? Or more of a toy?

I've got my POS '95 CTD truck that I'm considering using as a start for a vintage tow rig. I haven't done a whole lot of research to determine what body I'd like to go with yet, but this project of yours definitely makes me interested...

I wanted to see that guy get on it.
