I am doing a motor swap on my Cherokee. But before I put the new motor in I want to put a header on it. Anybody know where there is a cheap place to get one. It seems like Borla is the most common. Any suggestions on others. I am looking for low end torque. I don't need to go over 75mph any more. Just want more muscle.

I have run a Borla for about 3 years now. I have been pretty happy with it. Theres another company that makes a nicer header but the name escapes me. Whatever you go with use a good felpro gasket. The borla one was shit. rk

I know a few people that switched from the Thorley's to Borla's due to quality issues with Thorley's tubes cracking. Something to consider seeing as how it isn't just one or two people here.

Did you guys notice any horse power difference? About how many? My 99 TJ stock header is cracked for some reason so I'm thinking of buying some.

Thanks,
